Peter Summerill is an Of-Counsel attorney at Lowrance Lundell Lofgren. Pete started his adult life as an automotive machinist. After a philosophical awakening Pete decided to go to law school to help fight for the individual against large corporations.
Pete received his bachelor’s degree in 1995, receiving his law degree from the SJ Quinney College of Law in 1998. Pete’s practice focuses on wrongful death and catastrophic injury. Pete has extensive trial, arbitration, mediation and appellate experience representing the personal injury victims and the heirs in wrongful death cases. In trial, mediation and arbitration, Pete has obtained multi-million dollar+ verdicts and awards, driven by a relentless pursuit of the individuals at fault.
In his personal life, Pete is the overly proud father of one daughter, a snowboarder without apology, a mountain biker when the snow melts, and, an occasional potter.
